Whenever you are not seeing the invoice attachments, or the attachments have no file extensions in our invoice emails, this is most likely related to your email server settings. Unfortunately we are unable to help you with this issue as we do actually send out our invoice emails with two attachments which contain the .XML and .PDF extensions. We've found that clients who had experienced this issue had specific email server settings blocking extensions from our email address.
In case you are unable to whitelist our email address in order to receive emails with attachments correctly, you can always log in to iubenda.com and navigate to the "Account & Billing info* page and download any of your invoices from there.
