iubenda scanner isn't working

If the iubenda scanner isn't able to scan your website there could be various issues at play:

1) Check whether the project on iubenda.com has the correct URL in the project settings;

2) Disable any caching, optimization or most importantly security or anti-spam/bot services you might be using on your domain. These can interfere with our scanner which is a bot. You could try to whitelist our scanner IP addresses in such services as well: 18.159.1.104 and 52.59.141.27;

3) Investigate whether your hostingprovider might be blocking bots in anyway, and whether they are able to whitelist the above IP addresses as well.
