Closing Account

Hi Ruben, as I wrote you via email, the reason why we don't have an option for deleting the account is simply that we had no time so far to develop it, and we currently process deletion requests manually. We'll delete your account as requested, and hope to have you back in the future :)

  • Why is there no option to remove an account? Why is the account still active when the verification link was not clicked on? Why is there no "I did not request this" option under the verification email?
